I went in to Ross Poole Salon today for the first since I don’t know when.. it was called Jeffrey’s when I last went there and was very hesitant of going!! Well I must say what a place.. the vibe in there is brilliant, so friendly.. the service is great.. Julie and her team are smashing. The music fresh up to date.. looks stylish.. and the nail technician there Lisa is a Master at what she does.. would highly recommend to anyone that wants their hair coloured and nails done… I’ll be getting myself a nice massage there very soon. Thanks guys… 5* 100% …

Talented celeb hairdresser is Cookham’s best-kept secret

I was lucky enough to go for the chop with Ross and I’m really glad that I chose him! He really listened and respected the fact that I wanted to maintain my hair length, yet gave me a really great new shape that helps to frames my rather round face and it’s also really easy to maintain. He is also hilarious and very modest about his illustrious career which includes working with top celebs. Thankfully though Cookham now has its own celeb hairdresser with very reasonable prices. Really good value and a great, fun and relaxing salon in the Cookham Arcade. He also gives great blow dry!

Have had a lovely wedding consultancy appointment here during the week. Found both Ross and Darren to be most welcoming and attentive and made me feel assured that I would have no worries on the big day! Thank you.

Really happy to have such a great salon in Cookham. Ross is a great hairdresser and bonus of other treatments like nails, facials etc. as well. Atmosphere is funky and relaxing but very friendly.

I’ve just so enjoyed the same experience at the Brentford Ross Poole salon. I left the salon feeling fab and full of glow after Julie cut and high lighted my hair. I also had my nails painted and was so well looked after all the staff. We are very lucky to have amazing salons on our doorsteps!!!
